I am an emotional eating expert. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics, and everything in between. I also am an Yoga Alliance Registered Advanced Yoga Teacher trained at Yoga Tree, San Francisco.
My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with clients like you to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
I am an Advanced Yoga Instructor trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga. I am extremely passionate about my recent studies in Kundalini, Tantra, Transformational Breathwork and Mindfulness. Some of my favorite teachers include Psalm Isadora, Sri Louise, Janet Stone and T. K. V. Desikachar. I also trained extensively as a Level 1 Practitioner of Life Force Yoga for Anxiety and Depression.
Needless to say, I have a variety of tools in my toolkit to help you chip away that which does not serve you any longer. Your brokenness is welcome here. Acknowledging we need help is the first step to transforming. I believe empowerment is an inside job. I am committed to teaching you how to find the diamond in the rough of your existence.
Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. I teach you how to create a healthy relationship with you desires and how to not be controlled by your food. What you eat is a powerful reflection of how you feel about yourself in the world. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationship as well as career and money.
